STEP2
Download, complete, and return the ‘GP Websites Order Form’ to set up an account with us. The form includes a contract section that binds you to using the service for a period of one year. It also includes sections on your domain name and the style of website you want.

If you require us to purchase a domain name on your behalf a fee will be required in advance

.co.uk domains: £17.60 (inc. VAT) for two years’ registration

.com domains: £16.44 (inc. VAT) for one years' registration

Cheques should be made payable to Yellow Creative Ltd.

STEP 3
At this point we will purchase the domain name requested on your order form.

STEP 4
Send us the information we need to build your website. We can accept digital information by email (under 10mb), on CD, or DVD.

• a) Send us your text in a digital format (Microsoft Word, etc). Please note we don't accept Publisher files.

• b) Send us your images in a digital format (jpeg, tiff, etc) plus a note of which webpages you want them to appear on.

Please Note: Our contract requires that you provide your information within three months of signing your order form. If you have not provided any information within this time the monthly fee becomes payable even if your website is unfinished.

STEP 5
On receipt of your information we will begin to build your website and provide you with an estimated date of completion.

STEP 6
When your website is at a proofing stage we will contact the nominated person and direct them to a password protected area to view, proof, and approve it.

STEP 7
If you wish to pay monthly we will send you a Standing Order form to complete and return to your bank. Once we receive the first months fee your website can go live.

If you wish to pay annually in advance to take advantage of the FREE month we will invoice you and payment is required 15 days from date of invoice. Your website can go live immediately.

STEP 8
We launch your General Practice website to the public.
